With the opportunity to adapt a conventional two-storey brick veneer home perched on the side of a gully in Eden Hills, the project transformed the street frontage and provided a greater connection to the bushland and eucalypts.  Utilising raking ceilings and enlarged openings natural light was increased and cross-ventilation encouraged.

Adapting the existing building in lieu of a re-build presented challenges, but also reduced the environmental impact of the project.
